Time Delay Relay and Interval Timer

The LED on the ST3 starts in the off state, but blinks steadily increasing rate as the timer progresses through its cycle. Once the unit reaches time-out, the LED is constantly lit. Unlike a simple RC circuit, the ST3 employs an advanced inegrated circuit which combines a stable oscillator with counting technology. With the flip of a switch located on the housing, the ST3 can be set to operate in either on-delay or interval mode.
